Jennifer Gunn

Bio

Jennifer Gunn is a certified yoga instructor, trained in vinyasa, aerial, and restorative styles of yoga. Jenn began practicing yoga in 2000 as a form of movement therapy to supplement her ballet and dance studies, but soon transitioned to a daily practice of yoga as expressive movement and also a physical, mental and spiritual healing modality.

Jenn believes in the medicinal, transformative, empowering and healing benefits of the yoga practice. She is excited by the creative and restorative possibilities of combining yoga and aerial techniques. Jenn completed her 200 hour vinyasa yoga training in 2015 at Kindness Yoga in Denver, followed by aerial yoga and restorative yoga trainings in 2018 at Atherial Yoga and Fitness in Denver, in order to grow in her practice and to be able to share it with others.

She is continually learning and pursuing more knowledge, and is currently training in aerial arts and yoga Nidra. Her classes seek to balance active and restorative practices, using the aerial hammocks as a prop for yoga flow and incorporating breath work and meditation to cultivate vitality in the body, stillness in the mind, and peace in the heart.
