Annisa Dittmer


Meet Annisa– Born and Raised in Nebraska with a vision of creating community through Yoga and Mental Health Awareness.
Annisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an Emphasis in Mental Health. She was pulled back to her Yoga practice after years in the field of mental health. Her stress levels and health began to decline and she found relief through following the ancient wisdom and teachings of Yoga.

Annisa dove into all 8 limbs of Yoga after taking a step back from her chosen profession. She acquired her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Pranam Yoga Shala with the guidance of Libba Harmon and Lora McCarville. She is currently obtaining her 300 hr Yoga Teacher Training.

By working with the 8 limbs of Yoga, Annisa believes that the body, mind, spirit connection can push us out of survival mode and into a more joyful state of being. Annisa’s favorite pose is Savasana. There is no better time than now to find stillness and ease in a world that never stops turning.
