Restorative yoga monthly workshops
Every body and everybody experiences stress everyday in many ways. We seek to find equanimity of the mind, body and spirit within this practice and reverse the effects from stress. This restorative yoga practice aims to actively relax your entire being by giving it the support it needs. Various props are used to support each asana (pose) we rest and relax in. A strong focus on pranayama (breath) will passively deepen the restorative process. Restore & renew, relax & rejuvenate within this yoga practice. Your going to love the way you feel!
